Shipping Policy

Once the payment is done and order is confirmed, there shall be no cancellations. If the customer insist on cancellation, we can only issue a shopping voucher for the purchase value and there will be no money refunds. However, changes can be made before the dispatch of the order.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order.

It approximately takes 4-6 business days for domestic shipments and 10-12 business days for international shipments.

These delivery timelines are only tentative and there may be in transit delays which are beyond our control. However, we can assist in delivery issues when the customer reach to us.

We ship through private couriers/shipping partners for purchases depending on serviceable pincode.

International shipping will be chosen by the shipping partner based on service availability, delivery time.

Any additional customs or import duty/octroi/local charges or other levies in the destination country/location will have to be borne by the customer only. Kindly note that all prices we quote are for shipping are in INR.

Do note that customs clearance time varies from country to country and at times on other factors too, which even the shipment agencies cannot foresee. We seek the customer's cooperation and understanding in such situations. Label Chaitanya shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the shipment agencies.

On weekends/local & national holidays/seasonal calamities/festival seasons, please expect a delayed delivery.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details of the same will be shared with the customer. The customer can track your shipment thereafter. In case ,the shipment delivery is delayed beyond the expected timelines, please get in touch with us.
